Liz’s career began at WilmerHale, one of the world’s preeminent international law firms, where she developed the instincts that define her practice today: rigorous policy analysis, sharp legislative strategy, and an ability to prepare senior executives to perform at the highest levels — including before the United States Congress. That foundation gave her a firsthand command of how federal institutions work and how to move effectively within them.

From Washington, Liz took her expertise transatlantic. As a Director at Penta Group, a leading global strategic advisory firm based in London, she led multi-market public affairs campaigns for some of the world’s most consequential organizations — across energy, transportation, financial services, and technology. Working across borders and political systems, she developed a nuanced understanding of how regulatory risk manifests differently across jurisdictions, and how to build stakeholder engagement strategies that hold up under pressure.
