Tiffany brings 25 years of experience in federal/state government, politics, strategic communications, career coaching/advancement, business development, and stakeholder relations. At GGA she advises clients on federal and state policy initiatives ranging from tax to energy issues. Some of her experience includes but is not limited to the following positions: Director of the Washington, DC Office for Governor Charlie Baker of Massachusetts, Northeast Regional Political Director for the Republican National Committee (RNC) which encompassed a 12-state region, Contractor at the US Department of Homeland Security, Director of Government Affairs for the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration(PRFAA), Deputy Campaign Manager and Chief Financial Officer for Marco Rubio for Senate Campaign, Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of Congressional Affairs at the US Department of Education, appointed by the President of the United States to serve as Deputy Associate Director of Public Liaison at the White House.
Tiffany’s career began at Merrill Lynch and was followed by working at The Peppers and Rogers Group. At Merrill, she developed detailed analytical documentation and managed projects, and implemented technology for International Emerging Markets, Debt Derivatives, Credit Derivatives and Global Foreign Exchange. As a Marketing Strategy Analyst at Peppers and Rogers, she developed many strategic materials for clients including benchmarking studies, storyboards, and comprehensive communications plans.
